Firstly, Council tax must go up. Too many freezes have cut services to the point that they cannot keep cutting. Secondly, get rid of a few overpaid/underworked exec positions to save a fortune but you will likely cut ASNA staff instead & still want to close the attainment gap

The budget deficit is a crisis that we must face head-on, and it will require us to make difficult decisions.
