My family and I have already decided to park our cars and use boda bodas and Uber. This is total madness and daylight robbery. Afterall the fuel is too expensive, let us see what you want more, the fines from the tickets or free money from the fuel levy.

But how can a reasonable man drive at a speed of 30km/hr in absence of jam these people should think of the practicability of some things before imposing them on innocent Ugandans

Yesto, I tried to go 25kmhr along kla Rd, bt I was becoming unsafe coz ugandan motorists are throttle happy. I decided to go according to the flow of traffic as I have always done. How will the notorious boda riders and taxi drivers b punished coz I think they are above the law

As u advance towards digital enforcement, we urge you to prioritize basic road infrastructure. Ensure roads are clearly marked, signage is properly installed, and potholes are repaired. Citizens should not be penalized for shortcomings that stem from systemic neglect. @PoliceUg
