Hi everyone! Just rolled out access for NoSpoon Studios to the first 110 folks or so. Huge thanks to Karan and Amit at Luma - thanks to them, I have a few more people that had commented getting complimentary beta access soon as well :). These videos are created with a single agent that does everything from concept to completion (including editing the video together). Therer are longer options too, but for the sake of cost and this demo, you'll be working with 20s max generations. The entire agent was built to only run Ray2 as the video model. My stack is this custom agent of mine (using OAI) > Ray2 for the video > Replit for the app for now. In the meantime, for those with access: here's a video tutorial on how to use the site. I'm quite exhausted, but here's the gist: 1. Sign up (and remember your password lol). Beta testers got free credits, but these are a bit limited - rolling out to a few more peeps but have to budget and need to expand my current code (which means redeploying - so expect more of you to have 2 free credits and access tmr! I have to find out the max I can allot with budget). 2. Just hit "generate short video" without anything in the prompt box and the agent will start immediately with the logline. Be very patient, wait about 6-8 minutes, and it will continue to output all of the scenes and processing - it's very important you do not refresh or navigate away from that tab at this time. You'll see your final video generated and displayed at the bottom of your screen once complete, along with a watermark (paid users don't have a watermark). You can also access your loglines and videos in your history tab, too :). You must refresh the page only after your generation in order to generate a new video - otherwise you'll lose your generation (annoying I know). 3. You can also input your own custom prompt! Control the story this way. Single words work great even, like "thriller" or "spy thriller set in greece" or even "black and white film noir" etc etc. It's not as great with animated styles yet for consistency, just a heads up. 4. Tiago Forte has pioneered the concept of a Second Brain. As the author of two books, he's learned that quantity and quality aren't opposing forces. Here's what else he's taught me about writing: 1. The brain is for having ideas, not storing them. Write stuff down. 2. If you really want to learn something, don't just consume information. Create something about it. 3. Note-taking is a form of time-travel. You don’t just take notes to remember ideas. You also take notes to remember experiences. Reading your notes takes you back to a different state of consciousness. Note-taking is a rebellion against the entropy of memory. 4. Save only the best notes: Don't hoard information. Save only the top 5-10% of your ideas. That way, you can trust that everything in your note-taking system is high-quality. 5. Tiago’s dad is an artist who taught him an important lesson: the energy to create art can dissipate in small, invisible ways if you let it. Set up a structure where you have the peace of mind and the bandwidth to do art. 6. The ultimate goal of note-taking is to improve your ideas. Too many people treat note-taking as an end in itself. But the goal of note-taking isn’t to save information. It’s to have ideas you wouldn’t have had otherwise. To be smarter, faster, and more creative. 7. Link notes together. Organize your ideas by topic, not by source. As you browse your note-taking system, consider the serendipity you want to create for your future self. For example, if you read two books about a topic, link those notes together. 8. In school, we’re taught to research before we write. Do the opposite. Compile notes over time. Then, once you have an idea, start writing immediately — right when you have an epiphany. Start researching after you've written a draft. 9. Create evergreen notes. Like a good investment, the benefits of your note-taking system should compound in value. Save ideas that will stay relevant for many years. Read the classics, skip the news. 10. Tiago publicly tested every idea in his book. For most, the internet is a blackhole of distraction. But it can instead be used as a place to do low-stakes experiments before you go all in. 11. The more expensive the location for a writer's retreat, the more it forces you to be productive. 12. "Be regular and orderly in your life, so that you may be violent and original in your work." — Gustave Flaubert, one of Tiago's favorite quotes. 13. The less formal and “official” a software program feels, the better Tiago writes. And he believes some of the best turns of phrase come out in messaging apps with friends. Stuck on something? Close the word doc and text a friend about it. 14. Every time you compress an idea, you make it more accessible. But you also lose context, depth, and nuance. 15. The ultimate test of how well you understand something is how clearly you can explain it in writing — clear writers are clear thinkers. 16. Twitter can help too. Stuck on a paragraph while writing your book? Well, send a tweet about it. If the idea resonates, bring it into your book. 17. Too many choices can cloud our creative process. The key to making progress is knowing when to take in new information and when to shut off all sources of distraction. Divergence and Convergence. 18. Anything you might want to accomplish—executing a project at work, getting a new job, learning a new skill, starting a business—requires finding and putting to use the right information. 19. Instead of working in “Heavy Lifts,” you can work in “Slow Burns.” Taking notes makes you less dependent on those long blocks of creative time you need when you have to complete creative projects in a single sitting. 20. Tiago: “If I could leave you with one last bit of advice, it is to chase what excites you.” 21. A bonus: “Run after your obsessions with everything you have. I’m trying to stay calm while I write this after what I just heard this woman say. Her name is “Hope Ful” on TikTok. She is angry that military and veterans get a 10 percent discount in certain stores and restaurants. “They’re already living off of taxpayer dollars. What about us? We get no benefit for supporting our military.” Allow me to tell you what benefits you get, Hope. You get the freedom of speech that allows you to spew this absolute crap on the internet. And I’m about to exercise mine. Because, just an FYI, I didn’t have that luxury as an MP. In the military, I gave up a lot of my rights as an American, and my body quite literally belonged to the US Government. But I’m a veteran now, and I can say, for the most part, what I want. We signed on the dotted line and said we were willing to give our lives to our country. To you, Hope. I live with an injured hand that is, quite literally, always in pain; I live with the pain of having lost one of my best friends; I live with the pain of a ten-year battle with PTSD and nights of no sleep. And go ahead and tack on stress fractures and knee/back/hip problems for life. Do you want to know what we get for that kind of sacrifice? A 4–6 month wait to be seen by a specialist at a VA hospital because the process of just getting medical care is a nightmare for veterans, a “thank you for your service,” and a 10% discount at a few restaurants. But we’re also grateful that we got to serve the country we love so much. We get to claim the honor of protecting our nation and our freedom. Freedom that you so ignorantly decided to use in order to make this video. You get to BREATHE, because of people like my friend who was willing to sacrifice everything.

Until today, the CIA had denied that Joannides was known as "Howard Gebler," the case officer name for the CIA contact who worked with activists from an anti-communist group opposed to Cuban dictator Fidel Castro called the Cuban Student Directorate. The CIA also falsely claimed for decades that it had nothing to do with the student group, which was instrumental in having Oswald's pro-Castro stances published soon after the shooting, in order to strengthen the case against Oswald. This entire operation is highly subject to Mk Ultra operations and programming techniques, which were also coincidentally claimed to be used on Sirhan Sirhan, in the assassination of RFK as well. 🔥 For 10 YEARS they were after me🔥 - I was falsely accused of a federal crime and fought a court case for nearly 10 years! Despite being offered several plea deals, I refused to plead guilty to something I didn’t do. After 10 years and over 36 court appearances, the case was finally dismissed when the government admitted they didn’t have enough evidence to move forward. It was a long and costly legal battle, but I stood my ground and was ultimately vindicated. Understand that there are consequences when fighting this system. But wait, what is it? Tlon is a messaging platform built 100% open source, decentralized and owned by its users from the ground up. With Tlon you own everything: your data, your workflows, your programs: the whole thing. Think of it like Telegram or WhatsApp that you own forever and you can freely customize. Every Tlon account comes with an OpenClaw-powered bot. (Don’t worry, we safely run OpenClaw for you in our infrastructure so your bot can’t go off the rails. The expanse has opened up again. The cost of building what we think of today as software is headed to zero. What yesterday was an entire app is rapidly being replaced by a conversation. The result is hyper-specific, tailored to the user and much more efficient. Today, agents help us build workflows, automate processes and pull together disparate sources of data. All of the annoying apps and services and clunky interface we’ve put up with can just disappear. We can now program and control our computers in the programming language we already know: English. There aren’t that many of us doing this yet, though. It’s still far too hard to set up, to distribute and to trust. There’s also no single platform to experiment on and collaboratively imagine this new future of personal computing. We want everyone to be able to build bespoke, ultra-personal software on demand. We think software should be as available and accessible as a pen and paper. We think anyone should be able to enjoy the expanse of possibility that the computer provides with the lowest possible barrier to entry and the highest possible quality. So, starting far, far too long ago, we engineered a whole new system for it. Just for you. We’re opening up Tlon Messenger to a limited number of people each week. **Y'all, we need to have a real talk about what's happening in the North Carolina mountains after Hurricane Helene.** . First off, if you have family or friends up there or headed that way, *please* let them know looting is on the rise. Just yesterday, a sheriff told me to make sure anyone out there is carrying—*with the safety off.* These folks aren’t all bad—they’re desperate, because in some of these communities, there’s no water. When people are desperate, they do desperate things. . I’ll say it plain: the government ain't coming to save us. Not now, not ever. It’s us, the citizens, who have to step up. And let me tell y’all, my community—just over an hour away—showed up. They brought water, diapers, formula, bleach, vinegar, and more to our donation sites. We’re taking even more donations today, and I'm making sure they go straight to the hands of volunteers I trust. . Why? Because people told me, “Leigh, we don’t trust the relief organizations anymore.” And you know what? They’re right. We’ve lost our organizations to liars and grifters. It’s time we rely on each other—like patriots built this country, one by one. And I promise you this, I’m getting your donations to where they need to go. .
