Ever wondered if you could extract capabilities and behaviors from neural networks and reuse/update/route it as needed? We introduce low-rank circuit conditioning, a novel approach that preserves the model's output behavior while reshaping how an existing capability is represented. In the base model, standard compact recovery stalls at 29%. After conditioning, the same extraction pipeline reaches 91.33% autoregressive full-answer recovery from 5.05% of MLP channels. How do you tell a story about cutting-edge science that feels like it's about love and family? We hired my mom, a professional painter, to create original watercolors. Conception is a stem cell biology company working to help families have children who might not otherwise be able to. Their work is deeply technical, but their story needed warmth. My mom painted textures, colors, and compositions throughout the project, scanning them in as she went and the Little Plains team took those originals into custom node-based workflows to generatively build new scenes, get feedback, and repeat. A creative cycle between real materials and generative systems that stays human no matter how far it scales. As we work more and more with agentic tools and generative systems, we find ourselves hiring more artists, painters, and photographers to help us explore new ways to express creativity. Overall, we completed the brand strategy, positioning, copywriting, identity, generative illustration, site design and development. Grateful to Matt and the Conception team for the trust.🧡

Our @Grammarly AI agents are here! Today, we’re launching eight new AI agents designed for students and professionals. We created many of these agents with students in mind because they’re the first generation entering a job market where employers expect both subject expertise AND AI fluency. These agents help with everything from finding credible sources to predicting reader reactions. One agent we’ve gotten great feedback on is AI Grader (I wish I had this in school), which you can see in the video below. It looks at your assignment rubric and gives you suggestions like your professor would, and a grade prediction before you submit your work. And these agents are available in docs, our new AI-native writing surface! I’m deeply proud of this launch—docs is powered by Coda (Superhuman Docs) technology and is a great integration moment between Grammarly and Coda. It’s more than a little daunting to set out to expand and improve the identity system for a company and brand like Stripe. But we knew we had to — the existing one had served us well, but wasn’t up to the task anymore. Our brand system required new and improved tools to scale with our ever growing audiences, new products, global footprint, and more. This update introduces material improvements to infographics, advertising, type styles, and more. While the wordmark remains unchanged, we’re using the dot of the ‘i’ (called the “tittle”), a parallelogram pointing up and to the right, to serve as our identifying symbol. We’re also using it as an ever evolving storytelling device to use when talking about our many great users (you can see the latest brand campaign in SF and NYC doing just that). Anyone who has ever worked on the refresh and expansion of an existing system for a large company knows that it is no small endeavor. Crafting impactful solutions, building alignment, creating extensible guidelines, building toolkits, and orchestrating rollout requires a ton of resilience. Here’s to the team that continually inspires me with their dedication, rigor, taste, and exceptional vibes. Great work and thank you to the Brand Studio folks, and of course our many many amazing and invaluable friends and collaborators across the company who all helped shape the work. And a special thank you to a handful of creative agencies that helped us along the way.

We didn’t expect it to work. And we certainly never meant to go viral. We started NOBSRoutines to reflect our thoughtful, science-based approach to oral care with a promise to deliver products that work with your oral microbiome, not against it. Even our own customers would say “I just ordered from NOBS.” At some point, the product outgrew the name. So we’re simplifying. We’re dropping the “biöm” and taking on the moniker our customers already trust, remember, and search for by name: NOBS. (now NOBS everywhere) This change reflects what we’ve been offering all along: dentist-formulated, science-backed products with transparent ingredients and a commitment to education. Oh, and a bit of humor and personality in a category that usually feels sterile. No need to worry: we’re not changing our formulas, and you’ll still receive the same products that you’ve come to know and love (just with some different names and packaging!). Today, at Redeemer’s University Redeemer's University, Ede, Osun State, I was glad to commission the new Institute of Genomics and Global Health, marking a significant evolution from ACEGID’s @acegid status as a center of excellence. This moment is not only a proud achievement for all those involved, but it also stands as a powerful symbol of what African scientific leadership can achieve on the global stage. Under the visionary leadership of Prof Christian Happi Christian T. Happi, the team at ACEGID has made extraordinary strides in genomic research, particularly in addressing some of the most pressing infectious disease challenges of our time. The inauguration of the Institute reminds us that the work being done by the ACEGID team is a global public good, benefiting not only Nigeria and Africa but also contributing to global health security. The partnerships fostered between institutions and scientists from the Global North and South are a testament to our shared commitment to protecting and advancing human health. This collaboration has demonstrated what is possible when we work together to confront challenges that affect us all. Under the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Bola Ahmed Tinubu health security remains a central pillar of our broader strategy to transform Nigeria’s health system, unlock the value chain, and improve population health outcomes. i turned 25 today, and the best gift i could give myself was this → building a school 🏫 for years i thought i’d need to save money before doing this, but today i just took the decision. we’re starting with two villages, one in bihar and one in madhya pradesh. i spoke to my maternal uncle in a small village in bihar, and with his support, we’ve begun. our Rightfit (We’re hiring) team will live in villages for 6–12+ days at a time, in b/w every 6–12 months, we’ll be visiting different villages across india where education is most needed. we’ll be teaching kids, parents, and teachers, while also learning from their culture, food, and daily lives. this will be one of the many initiatives we are building at rightfit. our community with more than 7,000+ members is also completely free. people have already found jobs, mentors, and opportunities there, without paying a single rupee. we’ve seen how powerful free knowledge-sharing can be, and we want to bring the same spirit into rural education 🙌 this school will always be free, no revenue model, no hidden agenda. we believe education should be free for every child, and we hold on to the philosophy that knowledge only grows when it’s passed on. i don’t know where this will go, but if even one spark is lit inside a child, it will mean we’ve done something meaningful. so yeah, we’re building something amazing, something a little crazy!!! if you want updates on our journey, routes, plans, growth, failures, join our waitlist by sending your email at 🌼 if you’d like to be a part of this, write to us at team@rightfit.so 💌 [ rethinking education in indian villages ]

Five years of Taliban rule have pushed Afghanistan to the brink of collapse. This is not Gaza under bombardment or Ukraine under missile and drone attacks. This is Afghanistan—where thousands of young men and families are fleeing because repression, economic hardship, and the loss of hope have left them believing they have no future at home. In these videos are former soldiers, doctors, engineers, skilled workers, students, and young families. Many know they may be shot at borders, detained, abused, deported, or even drown on the journey toward Europe. Yet they still leave, because they see no path to a life of dignity under Taliban rule. As long as the Taliban remain in power, Afghanistan will continue to produce mass displacement, fuel regional instability, and create conditions that can threaten international security. If Europe and the international community want to reduce irregular migration from Afghanistan, they must address its root cause—not just its consequences. The root cause is Taliban rule. The Afghan people do not want to live as refugees. We want to live, work, and build our future in our own country. Stand with the Afghan people—not the Taliban—in our struggle for a free, stable, and dignified Afghanistan.
