Just curious, how many doctors are in Canada with work experience, or work permit and have not taken advantage of the health care category.

Based on this summary, the program looks excellent. @MarkJCarney should take bold action and continue prioritizing highly skilled, qualified immigration to Canada, while also creating a genuinely welcoming pathway for investors and job creating entrepreneurs.

Didn’t do anything to help the Canadians who were trained in the US or UK though — treated us the same as foreign born & trained doctors… Lost thousands of us — and now we’ll never return. Good luck with all your “new” doctors 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 I’m sure they’ll treat women very well.

You may have forgotten the much-ballyhooed Suresh Katakatr, an Oncologist that came to Canada and killed dozens of his patients by not understanding what cancer medications were available here and that he couldn’t just leave out one drug without substituting it with another.
