Seems like Avon knows the streets better than the Police do. The fact that Avon had no criminal record or even driver's license for them to ID him by is pure gangster. A graphic example of why Avon was still free. Avoided drugs, drank in moderation, had his head in the game 24/7. Maybe if these guys weren't driving so aggressively and locking up their brakes every stop, he wouldn't have noticed.🎬🍿
