Does this man have any concept or understanding of money. She is making $4000 a month. Make her work more hours and pay her less. Make her do show prep and research. My God. She works 8 hours a month. That is the equivalent of a single work day. I know I am not alone - that bint gets paid more than me and many more people and we work 8 hours a day - five days a week. For that money she should be on every day, should be doing show prep and production and even helping with the coffee business. She should work 6-8 hours a day minimum
