free sandbox is the right order. isolate first, then permissions. most autonomy demos skip the cage and call it product.

LangSmith Sandboxes being free removes the last real excuse for not testing agent behavior before it hits production. The interesting question now is whether teams actually use the sandbox systematically or just run a few happy-path prompts and call it done.
