@PSOklahoma so if the update on the website for you home still says Saturday by 5:00 has it not been updated or does this mean we are just last? Thanks for the clarification.

Hi Tyler. Please do not attempt to remove any trees or debris from lines in your area. We take the safety of our employees and customers very seriously. If you would like to verify that there is an active hazard report for your address, please send us a DM with the address. ^MC

We got a message saying we have power and the entire neighborhood is still dark. They only cut trees down. No power lines have been restored, and it took 4 days for anyone to even show up.

This isn’t a PR campaign - it’s a public safety crisis without power in this heat. Stop deleting what you don’t want people to say/know - it’s disingenuous. Email/text updates? Ha! Received ZERO @PSOklahoma get it together!!

For all my criticism, the communication from PSO has improved today.

@PSOklahoma you keep reporting my power is restored but it’s not. The power on my of the street is still while the other side of the street has had power since last night. Several other people I know in other areas have had the same issue. Why is this happening?

Sure wish Linetec your contractor would have replaced the pole 3 weeks ago like they said they were but didn’t. Now the pole is broke and no one has come back to replace it. Infrastructure repairs should have been done prior. This pole has been rotted for three years
