The biggest issue in the Black community isn’t racism. It’s not even fatherlessness. It’s decision-making. No one forced you to pull the trigger. No one made you blow your paycheck on consumption rather than investment. No one forced you to spend your time watching entertainment rather than using that same time to learn a new skill. We need to talk about this more than we do. Accountability. Personal Responsibility.
