Your customer service is terrible

Verizon Support Sucks! I signed up for a new IPhone 16 for free with Trade in. I sent in old phone, Verizon made a mistake processing it and are trying to charge full price for iPhone 16. I’ve spoken to 11 agents over 9 hours created 4 correction tickets. Nothing has been fixed!

Explain to me how my bill went from $200 a month to over $500, i closed my account and you sent me to collections. Please provide detailed billing of how I was charged so much.....also take it out of collections as it's inaccurate.

Internet service has horrible reliability, your AI system is terrible, it takes 30 minutes to get a human representative to help and then they usually have to transfer you multiple times to get someone competent, not sure how we can continue doing business with you.

Verizon I've had an issue with my bill for over 9 months. I've called the support team 5 times and each time i've been told it would be corrected. Today i called again for the 6th time and asked for it to be fixed. This is ridiculous this is how you treat businesses?

Your business modems are on the way back to you. Hours to get a dedicated IP service for less than 5 days found out fast. You do not need customers you need to learn how to get customer service. 561-850-2621.

This service is a scam! They will basically sign you up for spam. That’s it. There is no way to block calls and you will get relentlessly spammed before you use a number for anything or give it to anyone. Verizon, I will be done with you as soon as possible!
