We are what we seek. I seek God, love, peace. I love you all. Like she said, remembering is not comfortable. My stomach feels like I’m on a roller coaster that just keeps on going up. Feels like dread but that’s the devils word. Work on letting go and putting your hands up and enjoy the ride. Crying is good.
