We're open-sourcing HyperFlow Infinity, the second release in the HyperFlow series. HyperFlow Infinity achieves unlimited-length video generation: a minimal agent harness where HyperFlow generates a shot, watches it, updates a memory, and directs the next—in a recursive loop. Our first film, "Alice in Wonderland: An Endless Wander", runs 60... minutes in a single pass, generated by Hyperflow Infinity, without extra model. Code:show more

Out of curiosity why doesn’t it represent the typical Alice in wonderland, isn’t that fair use now? The original book?

I watch the first minute of the Alice clip, not impressed tbh

Generate, watch, update memory, direct the next is a clean loop. The risk at unlimited length is compounding drift: a small error in shot 40 becomes the memory for shot 41. Does the memory keep fixed references for characters and scenes, or only a running summary?

The quality is absolute shit.

Fantastic. See dm team

it's weird how many motifs are extremely noticeable if you spend too much time reading/watching llm generated slop fiction: keys, lights, books, gears... haven't seen a mirror yet but bet one's coming.

生成一镜，看一镜，记一镜，再导下一镜。这流程听着像导演自己给自己开复盘会。无限长不难，难的是第十分钟主角别突然换张脸。

Does it use the latent saving and continuation method to avoid video degradation?

This needs what? 141 GB?? not really ..

after first scene quality degraded massively :(
