We're regularly hosting real 15-student 40-minute classes in our MR classroom app. Tag tracking lets us easily connect and colocate Quests just by looking at a tag. Quick, simple, and robust. This really should be a default API :(

This plus Meta recently locking us out of our *own app* and forcing us to create two-dozen separate accounts is super frustrating. The platform feels actively hostile to develop on and we're spending so much time working around these dumb roadblocks.

Our speech-to-text models are the most accurate on the market with top rankings across industry benchmarks. - The highest accuracy rates—up to 95% - Up to 30% fewer hallucinations than other leaders - Low latency—63 minutes converts in 35 seconds Try via API for free today 👇

What is this app? I need it so badly

Our internal mixed reality classroom, but we're trying to get it into other people's hands. A lot of work to do before this is possible though

this looks incredible. How do you occlude the virtual objects behind people? :-0000

Meta has really nice built-in depth estimation on Quest 3 / 3s

@tovanbo

Can yo expand what you mean by "shared anchors aren't cutting it"? What is the problem with them ?

It will often fail completely or the anchor will appear in a very incorrect spot (several floors above or below, tilted, behind a wall, etc). Often one headset will regularly fail to share an anchor while another can share one fine.

Wait that’s so sick - I’m also building an education platform we should connect 👀

Scanning a tag and people can join?

Yeah that's how we do it. Functions for both colocation and 'room' joining (so you don't need to enter an IP, code, etc)
