The real value here isn't the SF vibes - it's forcing 10-15 teams into the same room for 2 weeks. Remote accelerators miss the casual conversations that actually matter. The "oh wait, your user flow has the same problem we solved" moments happen at lunch, not on Zoom calls. $250k is table stakes. The SF time is the actual differentiator.
