China makes some of those most advanced electric vehicles in the world, and ensuring Canadians have access to affordable EVs means working with global partners. That’s why I met with some of the largest EV manufacturers like BYD, XPeng and Aion in Guangzhou to discuss collaboration and investment in Canada’s leading automotive sector and utilizing the Canadian supply chains to build the very cars in Canada. We are working diligently so that Canadians have better options when it comes to affordable electric vehicles.

Our national parks are crowded. So, why does Carney's Canada Strong Pass apply to non-Canadians? We should raise admission fees for foreigners, not let them in for free.

We’re eliminating barriers to trade, diversifying supply chains, and finding new economic opportunities for Canada. Breaking down barriers to internal trade means that we’re building a stronger domestic economy and a better future for all Canadians. 🇨🇦

We’re introducing new measures to lower the cost of groceries and essentials, by strengthening supply chains, supporting producers, and putting more money back in Canadians’ pockets.

It looks like Pierre Poilievre has finally woken up to the issue of auto theft— but his redundant ideas won’t help. While he’s out giving empty speeches, we’ve been working with police, provinces and the auto industry to find solutions to keep Canadians safe.
