The second prototype of Northrop Grumman’s B-21 “Raider” Long-Range Strategic Stealth Bomber departed today from the Air Force’s Plant 42 in Palmdale, California, before flying to Edwards Air Force Base, the home of the B-21 Combined Test Force. The first prototype departed Plant 42 for Andrews in November 2023, with the first two bombers expected to enter active service with the U.S. Air Force by the end of 2026.
