I've told this story many times. I was watching either Sanjay Gupta or Fareed Zacharia on CNN in Feb of 2011. They were covering a story about Obama reducing the number of ICBM's down to 311. In big letters across the bottom of the screen it said "311=MAGIC NUMBER". Then on 3-11-11 that weather weapon 8.8 quake hit Japan causing a tsunami that hit its first shore at 3:11 PM U.T.C.
