Except a hearing on the issue reveals that, actually, members of the West Midlands community were planning to arm themselves and attack Maccabi fans. When asked why on Earth they wouldn't have told anyone they basically just say "Well you didn't ask." Unbelievable.

My question to the Home Secretary after her statement on the findings of a review of Police actions & learnings from the Maccabi Tel Aviv away fan ban. The report confirms the West Midlands Police did not act in any antisemitic way, & it makes no mention of Islamists, or Police collusion with Muslims. Shame on all Members denying the truth about the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans racist & violent behaviours, including in Amsterdam & Stuttgart, for the blatant Islamophobia on display inside & outside the chamber, & for throwing West Midlands Police under the bus.
