If there was a ticket-related issue, it could have been resolved under the established rules of the railway. After this incident, her son filed a complaint with the railway administration. However, it is alleged that the railway administration did not take any concrete action against the concerned TTE and the matter was closed after speaking to the complainant over the phone.

A police constable from #TamilNadu’s #Coimbatore was detained after a college student recorded him allegedly harassing her on a train. The incident happened while the law student was travelling to Coimbatore, when the man seated next to her reportedly began to harass her. Shocked, the student immediately took out her phone and recorded the act. She then alerted the Railway Police.
