Western Michigan got absolutely SCREWED

That’s got to be one of the worst referee screw jobs in any sport. At least with missed penalties leading to something, you can argue at least it could be a judgement call, but there the evidence was right there showing 0 seconds and they still gave them another play

@alestate2020 Whatever record they end up with should have an asterisk

@247Sports Cheated is the better word

@247Sports

Biggest screw job this century, for sure.

Not since the world cup with fifa bailing out Messi have I seen an organization help a team survive and advance

wait what! Michigan fumbled wotg a minute left and I closed the app cuz that was ballgame 🤯

Actually not. I saw in a few other tweets, the player that touched the pass, had already stepped out of bounds. Sooooooooo, as soon as he touches the ball, it's dead. That's why they added the second.

Western Michigan isn’t blameless here, they just learned a life lesson that life isn’t fair, but even given a second chance they should’ve defended that Hail Mary better.

@ncaa @CharlieBakerMA

Michigan lost

@247Sports

@247Sports Ball hit the goal post

If the second was gone. The game was over and Michigan should get a Loss.
