#WATCH | Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh | North Central Railway has taken a unique initiative to save the environment and reduce electricity costs. On July 14, 2026, the Prayagraj division launched a special 'Solar-Assisted Passenger Coach', equipped with 6.93 kilowatt solar panels installed on its roof. This technology will generate approximately 13,400 units of clean electricity per coach annually, saving the Railways ₹2.80 lakh annually and reducing 11 tons of carbon emissions.

Deploy CRPF etc at such stations during festival peak at selected stations and have access control for them during the peak I Dont think its an impossible task...
