Isaiah, You are 100% right on target. USAID is the proverbial "Tip of the Iceberg"! This is nothing compared to fraud, waste and abuse we are going to see in things like the IRS, US Post office, Medicare, Medicaid, Healthcare and other large government spending. We can't let them divide us.
