Leaseholders do not want further consultations which are subsequently leading to further delays. Health (including Mental Well Being) and Finances of Leaseholders are continuously suffering. There is genuine anger at grassroots level regarding revised Leasehold and Reform Act timelines announced by Labour on 21 Nov’24. How many more suicides and bankruptcies must happen before the Labour rectify this national scandal. All the provisions in the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 needs to be implemented ASAP so Leaseholders can be able to take control of decisions regarding their properties.
