Allowed a budget to be written by Democrats - in secret - violating house rules at least 8 times. 2. LIED to fabricate a quorum in attempt to VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION. 3. Made a DEMOCRAT bill his first priority after wasting half of session. We are halfway through Texas legislative session, and so far, not one legislative priority as voted on by the elected delegates in Texas has passed.
