Which bit makes it easier to either book a GP appointment or do an online consultation?

How about making it more user friendly? For most things quicker to log into the GP system web site or its App. Logging into the NHS App takes longer than even Banking Apps. Needs improvement to be a go to app. No joined up system with most health trusts.
