Mobile phone customer service and overall service is poor as it is. A merger with even less incentive to provide a decent service would only be bad news for the consumer. 5g and 4g speeds in London from these two are atrocious. CS is another level of poor.

No surprise - given how much both companies already hate their customers. Have had fewer more painful experiences than my time with @VodafoneGroup & @ThreeUK
