The National Infrastructure Fund is one of the most consequential pieces of legislation in present-day Kenya. This approach eases pressure on the Exchequer and creates fiscal space for the government to prioritise other crucial sectors such as health, education and social protection, while ensuring that transformative infrastructure continues to be delivered.
