What a beautiful encounter

This whole video is like watching a good dream 💖

I remember when I was in the Navy, we were transiting from Sicily to Alexandria Egypt. We were hundreds of nautical miles off the coast and a eagle landed on the mast for a rest.

I think that's a yellow warbler. We have them in the winter in SW Florida. He may off gotten off course in his migration? What a beautiful experience. We are all connected in God's creation!

We would see these types of birds a lot when I was out to sea with the Coast Guard. I've seen them become dinner for Seahawks a few times too but they would land on our boat and rest from being tired.

I was working on a cable lay vessel more than 100miles from shore, and a bird about that size landed on our ship. It looked tired and I went to give it food and water, but it keeled over and died in the two minutes I was collecting the food and water. True story.
