I actually agree with him. It's not only Ireland doing it. Most teams do it these days, some more subtle than Ireland but all of them do it and the acting to draw the attention of the ref is something that should be eradicated. If you stay down after head contact and the other player is sent off the impact surely must have been bad enough to justify an HIA. If the impact was not severe enough to justify an HIA then the level of danger does not justify a card.
