You will notice that most fish are dark over the top and silvery from the bottom. Camouflage from diving birds from the air and silvery to hide from predators from the deep. Nothing unfortunately works perfectly especially if the water are calm.

Diving straight down from a great height to catch a fish, do the butterfly stroke and fly away with grace. You can only watch in awe!

That water take off from almost submerged to wings just above water is amazing, you can almost feel the effort from the footage. Brilliant
