Truck in left lane did nothing wrong and was passing with a sizable speed differential. Car is an imbecile. Wiggle driver is obviously not a novice, either. Good save, and good on the left lane truck for hauling it down and not hitting the car.

For every one complaining about the Truck in the left lane, he was passing another Truck and its allowed... literally everything in your pathetic life that you enjoy including, fuel, clothes, food, furniture, electronics, etc... was brought to you one way or another by a truck and the American highway system was not built for your explicit use! Maybe instead try thanking a Truck Driver!

It's a dumb move and he shouldn't have done it but the semi in the left lane shouldn't have been in the left lane. He turned the road in to a moving roadblock.

I was driving with a new guy on I5 in southern Oregon, he went to pass a slow truck missing every gear and stopped in the passing lane and started rolling backwards down the passing lane, fun times, I thought for sure he was going to drop the drive line starting on the hill.

I drive a 40 ft, 40000 lbs motor coach and people do this all the time. I have yet to have one crash into me or crash in front of me but it’s just a matter of time. I surely won’t be injured unless I roll over but they won’t be feeling good if I run into them.

I had someone thread the needle like that with me on I-40 earlier today. Seems like it happens damn near every day now. It’s stupid and extremely dangerous. They put all of our lives at risk so they can save a few minutes, maybe?

Yes, the driver in the hammer lane was overtaking the driver pulling "doubles" in a timely manner. He's lucky to be alive, alert driver saved his ass.

Last night one double from ABF pulled straight from the on ramp into the highway in front of me, no stop, no yield just as he was coming turned right and took the 2 lanes available in front of me, i37 N got into the 359 N. I was surprised a driver with doubles and triples could do such a stupid maneuver but I guess is where we are at this point. Of course I gave him an air horn earfull passing him at 65mph but you can't fix stupid. #ABFTrucks

Lucky for the car the truck wasn't pulling triples as is common on that stretch. I don't think the trucker could have saved that with another trailer/dolly. That whiplash motion increases as it goes back further and look at how far sideways the dolly was just after impact.
