Can't agree with you, @Amy_Siskind. Rob would be appalled at any use of AI that cannibalized his or any other artist's work. He understood that AI is a direct threat to every professional writer, artist, photographer, filmmaker, composer, musician, on and on and on.

From a directing standpoint, this man was fantastic. But like most Hollywoods, thought his directing abilities made him wanted voice for politics. When will Hollywood elitists stick to Hollywood and stay out of politics.

This is wonderful. What an incredible legacy, one that so many people have enjoyed and benefited from…always conveying messages that called us to recognize our better angels. Beyond his creative genius and talent, kindness and compassion, Rob Reiner was simply a very good man.

Despite the tragic event, may he be, more than ever, especially close to his son Nick during his equally horrific ordeal. I have no doubt that “Meathead” will not let him down. On this 7th evening of #Hanukkah, during the lighting of the 7th candle Jews pray for peace and unity in the family and in the world. May this blessed evening be particularly meaningful for the Reiner family.
