What a memory 💙

It's a shame for Steve Mckenzie because it's hardly ever shown, and it was some strike. We missed it live from our end as Spurs fans had joined us in our section. It was costly for two trips to Wembley in 5 days . We still had good numbers. Great final replay, though

I was there mate. Happy days

Same 💙

Amazing how we’ve gone from class players like that to the crap we got today

or players who give a shit

I was there. But I only remember THAT goal.

I was at the first. Unfortunately not at that one 😢. But, watched it. Brilliant!

Watched the best goal in a Fa Cup final in my eyes

Was me ma who let me go again Best Thursday night in the worrrld ever Wembley Stadium moving under my feet I was picked up by the biggest man in north London got such a hug when the most amazing goal sealed it in front of my eyes I can see it clearly.COYS

Football used to be great back in the day, completely different sport now, sterile yawnfest.

@DJWalker11 I was there

Was there that night under the banner don’t cry for us, Ricky Villa 💙💙

legendary stuff

I was 3 and remember watching at home haha! BTW what a volley my McKenzie haha Ricky Villa though…🔥

McKenzie goal was good enough to win any game.

What a night, I was in the upper tier right behind Ricky's goal

@AnthonyAshton1 Puts last night into perspective. My best night watching Spurs and straight up the High Rd after the game !

Thats what you call, playing the Spurs way ⚽️

Just when I've had it with this team, you go and pull me back in. COYS

That video needs showing to Thomas the frank engine and telling him this his what are club his about free flowing football and plenty of fa cup history and stop going sideways and backwards

Gives me goosebumps every time I watch it

Was there with my union jack wrapped round me with spurs badges all over id aged 19,brilliant memories jon

A great game, but Archibald couldn’t stop Villa running off to celebrate like he did Crooks!

I’ll always remember that day, and what a fantastic team to watch back then

That Steve MacKenzie volley though 🤌

I was 7, this game decided my fate….. F*ck Ricky Villa! 🤣🤣

That goal

i will forever have this etched into my memory, watched it on the telly, so, so good #COYS

Football was so passionate and exciting back then..

Fantastic memory

What a night, watching Ricky's goals after seeing him trudge off on the Saturday.

I was 12 watching on the TV at home in South Tottenham. Straight after me and my dad walk to the High Rd, I can close my eyes and I'm back there. Outside the old Town Hall on the Sunday for the parade. Only the 84 UEFA win betters it because I was a 15yo stood on the shelf COYS

God, I was there for that!! (And the draw on the previous Saturday). What a game that was. What a team that was. Happy, happy days…..

Shivers!

Went to 1st game.Should have won 😵‍💫Wasn’t allowed to go to 2nd one. 😂😎

Yep - and I was there. Steve MacKenzie’s goal for City gets overlooked though… It was good enough to win any FA Cup Final…

Yes Jon. Never forget that night. Still Ricky Villa. I was behind the goal that Ricky scored the winner in. Also what a goal by Steve McKenzie. Great memories.

I remember this game well, everyone was yelling pass Ricky. And then he scored, great goal Ricky!!! Fantastic goal so glad I was there. What a memory.
