How much is too far. In Birmingham, AL a realtor was getting ready to show an open house when he was approached with what looked like a weapon and a robber asking for anything of value. This is when the story turns. The realtor explains the only thing of value he has is this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The robber took interest in the home and when it’s all said and done goes under contract. But what really happened is it was all advertisement. So how far is too far, did this realtor take it to the extreme and would it make you want to use him.

I can’t say exactly how effective Bitcoin is as a money, but it’s being perceived by many as an alternative money and so is worth paying attention to. Money needs to be both a medium of exchange and a storehold of wealth — and the latter is more important. I doubt that any central bank will take it on as a reserve currency. That’s because all of the transactions are public, so there’s no privacy to it, and there’s a risk that in the future the code could be broken to make it less effective through government controls. My personal approach is that I do have some Bitcoin in my portfolio, but not much.

Mike Brown was the last person picked on our bantam team at 14 years old. And he was the only player to make it to the NHL. Let me repeat… He was the last player picked to our team at 14… and made it farther than anyone else on that team. How? By not comparing his journey to anyone else’s and by outworking everyone ahead of him. For all the kids out there who may feel out of it - this is how it’s done. Control the things you can control. And GET. TO. WORK. A lot of really talented players get passed by absolute workers when all is said and done. Mike is a great example, and it was so awesome talking to him about his journey on our latest podcast episode.

DeFi will become far more important than most people realise. And not because more people start using it. Because the users stop being people at all. When you think about it DeFi is actually better suited to machines than it is to us. An agent doesn't need a website, or buttons, or a front end. You can strip all of it away and just let the agent plug straight into the protocol, do the job, and leave. Now play it forward… An AI agent taking out a flash loan at 3 am, another paying half a cent for a bit of data to a different agent, and one moving its treasury across three chains in a second because a swap suddenly got cheaper somewhere. Genuinely hard to wrap your head around… but this is the user base DeFi ends up serving. This is the Economic Singularity I've been telling you about at the ground level, where the financial system is being rebuilt for users with no faces, no emotions, and no need for downtime.

But he did: -Win a U18 gold medal for Team Canada -Win a WHL championship -Win an AHL championship And now he’s a full-time NHLer. Not everyone can be the leading scorer of their team. If you’re not a prominent offensive player and want to make it to the next level, it’s all about doing the little things and what you’re willing to do for the TEAM. Look at this blocked shot from last night. And more importantly, look at his teammates up on the bench yelling and on the ice helping him out. This guy is a winner and makes his team better not only on the ice but with the culture as well. Teams need all different types of players to fulfill roles. If you’re not Tage Thompson, be Beck Malenstyn.
