We can now officially confirm without hesitation a tornado did in fact touchdown near 21st in Gary thanks to this video evidence from Kayla Weeks-Green. In the video you can see the tornado on the ground spinning debris up and blowing a transformer. The damage aftermath taken by me shows the damage the brief spin up did. #Gary #Tornado #INwx
