You forgot to mention that unless they were manufactured prior to October 2020 they’re not eligible for that REP program. Please don’t encourage people to do this without giving them all the details you claim to read 🙄

Just a heads up. They will replace the AirPods themselves and not the case when I did mine.

How about you actually explain what the program does? This only applies to units made before October 2020. All you are doing is making life more difficult for Apple employees

Apple’s not hiding this, it’s a service program, and after October of this year, they won’t be qualified since it’ll be later than 3 years of purchase date.

Literally on our website. Also Apple will not replace them If they are just exhibiting charging and power issues
