When i step outside, I can see them streaming from miles across the sky, and perch above my head. Hundreds of them! They are watching my door and windows day and night! There are dozens in my apartment, in different form. They do not emense the vapor around them!

I think the difference between ARV and "ET" craft, is that the ET craft are conscious. It's more than just consciousness assisted technology at work. For example, Bob Lazar pointed out that in his examination of a craft, it had "tubules" that he suggested could provide a network of consciousness to the craft. So between the occupants and the craft there is direct consciousness to consciousness communication. It would also explain how these craft have a "presence" such as what Jake Barber described when he approached one from a distance in his helicopter. In other words these craft are "alive." I feel this is corroborated also in how they disturb farm animals or have an eerie presence to humans. There's more to it than just moving silently, being brightly illuminated, etc.
