@zolaone11 Circuits can be very effective. 3 different stations, and a different type of 1v1 or movement at each- for foundation phase I’d probably go for one specific movement in behind and two conditioned 1v1s- e.g- defender has to recover diagonally, attacker has to move off to side etc
