for the last year, we organized hackathons + deep work sessions for students' side projects we created a space for thousands of makers of all kinds across the US to take a break from school + make time for what they enjoy creating socials, workshops, demo exhibitions kept the energy going

💡 we launched ship-it as a weekly, collaborative space for students to escape school + make progress on their ideas. ⚡️ put simply, imagine show-and-tell but with the coolest makers, builders, and creators on campus. here's a vid from our first ship-it at Georgia Tech:

we hosted some of the largest AI & XR hackathons thrown on a college campus + the first of their kind in Atlanta. students connected with @Google @Meta @nvidia @AnthropicAI @huggingface @bcgx_ @ZFellows_ @fdotinc +more when the opportunity to build doesn't exist, we create it.

in 2023, we gathered pain points from hundreds of student builders across the US. the shocking part was that the findings were consistent at almost every major university. students identified a significant gap in community support and peer-to-peer mentorship within college entrepreneurship ecosystems. @startupxchange addresses this gap by offering targeted support that enables both new initiatives and well-established organizations to realize their full potential and impact.
