@jljones1271 I think the driver handled it perfectly. Now you just take that video and give it to the police. They’ll show up at her house and arrest her. And then her insurance will pay to fix your car.

She approaches my car like that and I'm scared for my life. That means the 🔫 comes out and gets laid over the steering wheel, just in case. I'm also dialing the phone for 911 to alert them of the situation and possible need to defend myself.

Well, the dashcam is enough to get her arrested and to sue her for damages, so you call the cops.

At the very least pulling along side her while she was walking and taking her open door off.

Nothing right then with two babies in the car, but turn the video over to the police. If it is a red state, she will be prosecuted.

I am going to sound like a weak woman. I am going to follow her while I am on the phone with 911. Then I am going to show the police the video. I couldn't justify hitting her; she is unarmed, and I am able to avoid direct contact. I live in a blue state, I would lose everything, and she would get my house.

As soon as she grabbed for something on my car I would of ran her over. Sorry. But violence is something we can fight back against. Don't be a bitch!
