I'm not trying to be mean, but I think this whole "conversion" is a live show of how mental illness progresses.

This is a great metaphor. God loves us so much. More than we can understand. God: Loving Father and Creator Jesus: Our friend, advocate, and example Holy Spirit: Our helper and guide God is Love.

I always like the example Christ gave about paying taxes to Caesar. Caesar's likeness is on the denarius. God's likeness is on us. Render to Caesar what is Caesars and to God what is God's. We are His creation and His beloved. Matthew 22 if you want the chapter reference

If God exists he or she or it doesn't like con artists I'm betting. That's a hint.

We are sons and daughters of the Most High God, we are called his treasured possession. We truly are blessed we've been adopted into the Beloved through faith and repentance and trust in Jesus Christ.

Can't help wondering what sort of deal he did to stay out of trouble on the 'accusations' against him (which seem to have gone quiet) Interesting? He turns to 'God' and the accusations go away??

I don't believe in a god or an afterlife. But I also agree that my self worth doesn't change and my moral standing is reflection of my behaviour as a human being amongst my fellow peers. I believe that I'm more moral, more compassionate and a better human without a god.
