If someone yelled "fuck you!" at an opponent, they'd receive a penalty, correct? Has the @WSOP administered any penalty for any player that has admitted to cheating and/or ripped off their fellow players?

Same thoughts as 99% have, cheaters shouldn't be allowed to play in tournaments. Especially admitted cheaters.
