I dont understand Sabeer. Why are you even bothered about India? You are American by heart now. Worry about it. we will fix ourself slowly and steadily.

Our system is like that. As soon as leader gets elected to a govt. position, they become supreme and the public becomes their servant. They can demand, harass mentally and financially, and no one helps you out. People do not give bribes by choice; it's because of compulsion.

This culture must stop, or we're just delaying the inevitable.

I agree with you, but have learned the hard way that people of our cultural background do not like criticism. Unless we become a self improvement focused people, this will continue.

People don't choose corruption, instead they are forced by the deliberate slow work system of inefficient and corrupt Govt offices and corrupt bureaucracy. You give a fixed amount for your work, and boom, your work is done on the priority basis with so much ease and accuracy. The pennies they collect from the millions of people over years become huge treasuries for every one of them. The corruption rate is decided on the basis of work and the Job position of the concerned corrupt government officer & department. The greed for this illegal corruption money leads the corrupt government officers, departments and entities to such levels that they think that it's their basic right to take bribery. This corrupt system can majorly be repaired from the government side by selecting the efficient, capable and merit based deserving officers with proper audit and scrutiny in a short span of months and years to check their efficiency and work levels to prevent any loop holes of bribery in the system.

India doesn’t prefer corruption — it’s forced into it. Most citizens don’t want to pay bribes, but bureaucracy leaves no option — delay, harassment, or humiliation if you don’t. We pay endless taxes, get nothing in return, while politicians & their bootlickers enjoy everything.

How do I get 1 min of my life back after watching this 😭. There are millions of TikTokiyas who give similar rhetoric, show some stat driven/ scientific temperament to make a point please 🙏, that’s what tech people do 👍

pick up one problem and solve it.. simple every US return has this thought on their mind no-one know how to resolve. bureaucracy is a biggest showstopper here in India only technology will eliminate in efficiencies

When I said I will pay challan the police said, the challan machine is under repair wait for few hours or pay 500₹ to me n take your bike. They make the system worse and trap you in the corruption world
