Tipping is 100% optional this is theft.

It's up to your employer to pay for your work. The one that hired you. Not the client! She paid your employer already for your service. Go and get it from him. It's nice to tipp as a gesture of appreciation, if you did a good job, but that's it. I'm not getting tipped for doing my work everyday. 🤷🏻♂️ We're all struggling...

Tipping is optional and typically given when the customer feels they have received above-average service. The fact that employees feel entitled to demand tips for a service they were hired to provide is outrageous.

He was out of line. But not tipping is classless.

One is cheap One is dumb Change my mind

If someone’s doing grocery shopping for you as a shopper, they need to get tipped. Plain and simple.

No need to be so outraged about it but not tipping this man for all the stuff he had to bring to your doorstep is absolutely disgusting Some humans are so cheap

Too many servers are asking for tips

The fact the husband didn’t just take his damn groceries is beyond me 😂 what kind of pansy are you

@Azariel91 Tips aren’t required. He needs to lose the job.

Take that shit back. I delivered an ENTIRE CAR FULL of groceries up 3 flights of stairs. Took me 30 minutes. No tip. I made $3 from uber and missed out on another opportunity. I really needed that money just to put gas in my car. If you can afford delivery you can afford tip.

Make it make sense: He’s working for free by loading the groceries back up into his vehicle. That is considered wasted effort.

Honestly, she is absolute scum! Carrying those heavy groceries, and a pallet of water and no tip? RUFK? Like he said, how would you like it? Her response, I wouldn’t have a job like that. So ungrateful and entitled, just gross. She is so trashy.

Breaking news🚨 Shoppers that hand pick and Bag your groceries don’t get paid delivery fees that are charged by the company Shoppers only make money on mileage. So yes. Tip your shoppers. Just like you tip at a restaurant when you go out to eat. It’s not that difficult.

To Insure Proper Service Terrible service guy.

This door dash driver shows what he does to customers that don't tip

White ppl…

This guy is a fucking asshole!! This lady is not required to tip him, especially after he threatened to slap her and she already paid for her stuff....

tipping is a courtesy assholes like this don’t deserve anything extra he’s a bum

He’s in the right

@CommanderEagle The more they demand it the less I tip

Tip is part of the capitalism.

I think if people are gonna be lazy as fuck and not wanting to go get their own groceries then they should tip. Nobody likes to run around like a damn slave just for another person for free. Even though he can’t do that I don’t blame him. I’d be pissed too. Cheap bitch

If you don’t tip then don’t order anything from any apps, these people rely heavily on tips to keep their head above water.

If you can’t afford to tip, sorry you can’t go out to eat or order food. These people do not make nearly enough so if you can look them in the face and say I don’t tip you are a terrible person

No reason she shouldn’t go get her own food ,if she can’t tip then she can get in her car and get it herself.

Chick deserved a slap her broke ass can’t give the man five dollars for spending probably close to 45 minutes to an hour shopping for her shit and then drive it to her house. If you can’t afford to tip someone then go get the shit yourself.

He’s right….. that lazy bitch should go get her groceries herself 🤷♂️

The rest of the world doesn’t tip. They pay their employees. 🤷🏽♂️

Stupid. The robots will solve this problem soon enough. I won’t be tipping a Tesla bot though.

Tipping for what? Driving your groceries to your house? Bitch needs to get her own groceries.

He’s got a right to be pissed off. That said, he’s completely unprofessional and taking back the groceries is straight up theft. He needs to be fired.

Just curious if you believes this delivery driver should get a tip… Have you tipped your Amazon or UPS driver each time they deliver a package? And what is the difference? I am not saying a tip is bad but to her point they should be paid enough per hour to do their job

Do you tip for home delivery (outside of post/mail)?

Instacart allows you to choose shops. If this guy is an instacart shopper and he accepted a shop with no tip it’s his own fault. Tipping= I was raised to tip with services like this. This woman not tipping is rude though. If she can afford to have groceries delivered she can surely afford to tip even if it’s $5 She sounds like an entitled narcissist. The guy should not be taking away her groceries though
