The people who work for a living (46% ~ 60% live paycheck to paycheck) have it hard enough as it is, and while their cost of living increases over time, their money that they work for decreases in value over time. Meanwhile, the top 20% own assets that go up in value over time. Tax people who work for a living less, and shift that tax revenue burden onto land. Incentivize productive work (products/services) by taxing it less and shift that tax revenue burden onto unproductive land speculation (that drives housing costs up, making it even more unaffordable for the next generation) by taxing it more, disincentivizing it. Eliminate or dramatically reduce income taxes and compensate for that revenue with a land value tax. Follow "Common Wealth Canada", Floyd Marinescu, and study Georgism for more.

Reminder that this fraud in 2025 on his blog was claiming AI was killing all jobs that weren’t office based. That was wrong. So in march 2026 he made a new one saying office jobs were being lost. He also regularly gets called by representatives to ask him what his expert opinion is on how they should regulate the industry. Andrew Yang is a moron
