(Early) review of ChatGPT’s Group Chats - it’s exactly what it sounds like (no more, no less!) You can add other people into convos with ChatGPT, with a few useful settings: - Link to join or manual invites - Custom group instructions - Memory that is only persistent in-Chat (and it doesn’t borrow from personal Memory) - Tagging and ability to tell ChatGPT to auto-respond or wait The fact that this is embedded inside ChatGPT instead of a standalone app says to me it’s intended less as a WhatsApp replacement and more for task or project-specific use cases.
