What begins as routine maintenance can escalate quickly when safety boundaries are crossed. In high-risk environments like aircraft hangars, procedures, coordination, and situational awareness are not formalities — they are critical safeguards. Engineering safety is not only about design, but about strict control of every operation on site.

Another Day, Another Safety Hazard: Is KSRTC Ignoring Basic Maintenance? Is this the new standard of bus maintenance in Karnataka? This KSRTC bus appears to be moving unevenly on the road instead of running straight, raising serious concerns about its condition and maintenance. Public transport vehicles carry hundreds of passengers every day, and even a small mechanical issue can put many lives at risk. The poor condition of the bus clearly reflects a lack of proper inspection and maintenance. If such vehicles are allowed to operate on busy roads, they not only endanger passengers but also other road users. Safety should be the highest priority for any transport authority, yet incidents like this raise questions about whether regular checks are being conducted effectively. The Transport Department and the Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy must take accountability and ensure that all buses are thoroughly inspected before being put into service. Preventive maintenance is far cheaper than dealing with accidents and loss of life. If an accident occurs due to negligence, who will take responsibility? The authorities cannot continue to ignore these warning signs while citizens risk their safety every day.Public transport should inspire confidence, not fear. Passengers deserve safe, reliable, and well-maintained buses, and the government must ensure that taxpayer money is being used to maintain these vehicles to the highest standards. #bangalore #bengaluru #ksrtc DK Shivakumar Siddaramaiah BJP Karnataka alok kumar DGP KARNATAKA ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ Karnataka State Police S. What happens when a child learns that bad behavior rarely has any real consequences? 👀👀👀 All parents want well behaved children, but how many actually want to be strict and discipline them when they start crossing the lines? It can be easier to give in, ignore the behavior, or hope the child eventually grows out of it. The problem is that children are constantly learning where the boundaries are. If they discover that screaming, throwing a fit, talking back, refusing to listen, or deliberately breaking rules gets them what they want, there is very little reason for them to stop. Young children need boundaries because they are still learning self control. They need to know that when a parent says no, it actually means no. They need consistent consequences when they knowingly cross a line. That does not mean being harsh or losing your temper. Good discipline can be calm, reasonable, and firm. The goal is not to make a child afraid of their parents. It is to teach them that their choices have consequences and that other people deserve respect. There is also a difference between discipline and simply punishing a child. Discipline is about teaching. Sometimes that means taking away a privilege. Sometimes it means making a child correct what they did. Sometimes it means simply refusing to reward bad behavior with attention or a change of rules. Children who grow up with clear expectations often have a better understanding of how to behave when their parents are not around. Children who learn that every boundary can be negotiated may keep pushing until they find the limit. Parents don't have to be perfect, but they have to be willing to lead. If children are never taught where the boundaries are, how can we expect them to know when they've crossed them?
