None of these in UK same with helpful helpline was able to call. All service repair centres long gone too.

@Huawei My Huawei Matebook 16s adapter broke down. Service center insists I send both the charger and my laptop to Istanbul, but I rely on my laptop daily for work. They couldn't provide a solution for complaint file ON820250107203354S7T. Please assist!
