I have just had two weeks travelling in France and I can honestly say they are light years ahead of us ,every village and town and road was immaculately clean and tidy..

Which agency is responsible for maintaining road signs? There are many examples of this. It is definitely a sign of a declining country.

Hertfordshire County Council has many run down roads. The Tories lost control to the libs and I guess they will carry on where Tories left. Change the system. That’s how to fix it.
